CANCELLATION POLICY AT JBD PUBLICATIONS

  • If you have placed a wrong order, or need to modify any order details (product, shipping or billing address) , you can get in touch with our customer support executives via WhatsApp or Call at (+91 77375 52243) to modify order details before the order is dispatched.
  • No modification shall be applicable once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, which generally takes 1 to 2 business days from the date of order.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, you need to submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellation will be considered after 24 hours from the time of placing the order. For cancellation requested with the cut-off time, In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
  • There is no option for ‘Partial Cancellation’ of the order, If you wish to cancel a part of your order, you need to get in touch with our representatives which will assist you to cancel the current order and place a new order with your specific requirements.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • We always strive to provide best in class products, customer services, pre and post sales support to all our customers. But, still if you are not satisfied with the quality of products ( i.e. any damage to the book/cover or its pages) you can easily request a return or replacement option within 1 days of date delivery. In this case you would need to send a notification via WhatsApp/Call or Email with supporting images of physically damaged product.
  • The Refund will be processed after the inspection by our customer care team.
  • Once cancelled or order returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days
